Site Administrator / Document Controller required to work on Ward and Burke project in Dublin and surrounding areas.
This is a permanent role with an immediate start for a project in Bray which will run until May-24.
Role:
- General Site Admin;
- Document control for the site management team;
- Procurement of site materials and reporting to Head Office for the accounts related activities performed on site;
- Maintaining site records and costs and reconciling orders with delivery dockets;
- Inspection of deliveries where possible;
- Administering returns in accordance with Company policy;
- Ensuring invoices and dockets are correct prior to going to Head Office;
- Undertaking data entry and back-up.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year’s previous experience working in a similar role or strong admin background.
- Driving licence and ability to travel.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must be diligent and have a strong attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
